Phad Thai is a new Siam Cuisine Thai restaurant in Singapore nestled neatly between Rocher and Little India opposite to the Rex Tamil Cinema, in the evening the carpark opposite offers FREE parking, which is rare in Singapore, from what I have seen this tends to have a few spaces most of the evening too!
